That Batman doesn't look anything like Neal to me. The right hand looks wrong and the head looks nothing like a Neal Adams head.

And who's the mouse?

Atomic Mouse. Apparently, Neal was a big fan as a kid and used to draw
him a lot.

That was sarcasm right?

Not if you have any comprehension of what a "swipe" is.

Not line for line, but the pose overall has been swiped. I consider the reusing of a pose to be a "swipe". This is not a criticism at all,  just stating my opinion on the matter of what constitutes a swipe.

Nah. For it to be a swipe, there has to be an attempt to pass the pose off as
your own creation. What you're looking at there is an homage, just like JB's
multiple re-imaginings of the FF#1 cover.

"Homage" is not the word I would choose! More like If this is how they want Spider-Man to look these days, this is how I'll draw him.

In any case, the same pose does not a swipe make. I have even found myself defending Liefeld (choke) when I came across him being accused of swiping Garney on a Captain America shot. As I pointed out, there's not a whole lot of ways to draw Cap running straight at the viewer with his shield forward!

(I've found myself quite insulted over being accused of swiping from time to time. Not because I have never, ever swiped -- altho it's been a while! -- but because, believe me, if I wanted to swipe something, I would nail it exactly, not just "sort of the same pose".)

Rich Buckler often gets called out as a swiper. Here's the Vision from Avengers 57 by John Buscema...

And here's the Vision fighting a Sentinel from Avengers 102 by Buckler...

Too close to be anything other than a swipe, and buried too deep in the book to be a tribute or homage or anything complimentary to Big John, although it's a direct copy line for line. It's just a swipe. (Edit to add: I can't swear to it, and I don't have the issues in front of me, but it seems that the image of the Sentinel is also a swipe of either Adams or Heck from the X-Men.)

I certainly don't see "swipe" in the Spider-Man images posted above.

Roger Stern told me once, back in the day, of an artist notorious for swiping who turned in a batch of pages for the latest (in both senses of the word) issue. He was in such a rush he forgot to remove the xeroxes of panels by other artists that he had taped to the backs of the boards!!.

JB, what is your feeling about being swiped? Has the attitude toward swipers by those being swiped changed at all over the past thirty or so years?

That image of the Sentinel is driving me nuts. I'm sure I've seen that exact pose before, but with Angel being held rather than Wanda.
