If you are referring to this cover:
If I recall, this is an actual mask that was/is at the Marvel offices and they photographed it and used it for the cover (not that John couldn't draw it realistically).
Oh,and if you were joking about the cover in your comment, my bad.

Ryan, I thought about posting that one, too, but opted for Captain America #250. I love how the letters in "Puck!" have hair!

The more hair the better! When I ordered my Sasquatch/Aurora/Puck commission, I made sure to specify his costume with bare legs.

Seriously? (I can never tell when some of you guys are kidding!)
Well I'm usually pretty sarcastic, but this time I was being sincere. Always thought it was an ultra-realistic painted cover (almost a pre-"Marvels" type of deal). Just goes to show I have no artistic eye whatsoever.

Avengers 187. When I first saw this cover I was blown away, and hoping to make it into a 20x30 commission sometime by years end.

Wow, I was just going to post Avengers #187, too.
I was about 7 years old when this issue came out. This cover, plus the inside story and artwork, has creeped me out ever since. Truly chilling stuff!

Fantastic Four #220
A nostalgic favorite. Simple and direct. Grabbed this one immediately off the spinner rack in my youth.
