First let me say thank you for all the help on the Destroyer costume, I posted the finished pony in the customizing thread. I have another costume question I am trying to do mostly 1st appearance costumes on the ponies, so I wanted to do that with the next one I do, but I am unsure on the back of the costume.

Here is the costume that I believe was the 1st appearance

I did find a picture of the front and back of a more recent Jack of Hearts

Is the back on the first picture I posted a mirror image of the front, like in the second picture?

Also the pouch on the picture on top, is it a pouch to hold a deck of cards?

Ha! Never noticed the design on Jack's loin cloths, with the arrow pointing to the Naughty Bits. Further Ha! of the arrow in the back, pointing to the "X" as if to say: "Not Here!"

JoH was always one of my favorites. Did not know that Dave Cockrum had a
hand in his design.

Can't wait to see this one, Jodi.

Gerry you are the best!!!!!

I'm curious, is there a book that you could suggest that illustrates the costumes of comic book characters?  Or is the information so vast it would be impossible to put into a book?

Wow!  No wonder Jack of Hearts isn't more popular, only a nutter would want to draw that every issue!!  Man, the detail would kill you!

I'd hate to be the one drawing him, but I always did think he was a neat character.

Gerry thanks for the site link, I put it as one of my favorites. By any chance does anyone know if the pouch on his side carries cards in it? my guess would be yes.

Girl don't back down from a challenge, does she?

It's funny I used to love doing the bears and other custom animals, I have gotten bogged down taking orders, I no longer enjoy doing them because it seems like I am just now an assembly line. Because the only thing that really changes is the type of fur I use. These ponies are so much fun because I never know what I am going to do next. This one should be interesting.
