Oh cool. Now I see all the characters are making either a rock, paper or scissors sign! Funny.
Anyway, I figured if I bought a VIP pass it would only allow me to be at the con and follow Paul around asking him what sketches he was going to get next. Instead I just bought a weekend pass and will therefor have money to actually participate in the con sketch accumulation!

Alan Dean Foster has been announced as a guest of honor. I remember reading Splinter of the Mind's Eye when I was a kid. Any chance at new Star Wars stories back then was an incredible discovery. Very cool.

Thanks, guys. I'm really pleased with today's additions to the guest list. Unfortunately we also have some disappointing news to report. I spoke with Bernie Wrightson today, who extended his regrets that he would not be able to attend Mid-Ohio-Con as scheduled this year. He did commit to attending Mid-Ohio-Con in 2009 and he will also contributing a piece of his art for our forthcoming charity auction.
