I figured since MOC is early this year (October 4-5) it would be okay to go ahead and start the "official" thread!

Great guest list has already been announced:  Joe Kubert, Alan Davis, Chris Claremont, Len Wein, Dick Ayers, Ethan Van Sciver, Mike Grell and many more!

Tickets are also already available for online purchase and VIP ticket info should be posted any day now.  I'm definitely planning to make it both days this year.  I have a friend with an apartment within walking distance who I'll be staying with.

So who's in?
What are you looking forward to?

Waiting on hearing back from James after needing some info on Artist alley
tables. Hopefully, the con folks will respond and I can get my plans figured
out.
Hopefully, I'll see you there!

I'll be there, but I'm not sure which day.

I'll be in Baltimore the week before and don't think the wallet or wife could take two conventions in two weeks.

I'm a little concerned that all the shop owners I've talked too around the area have yet to get any flyers, which always come through Diamond. It's only about six weeks away!

I guess I will be missing the Mid-Ohio con.  I will be in Budapest.  Luckily I should make it to the Baltimore con.  So what are the dates for that?

Dave-
I've also heard some concern from some of the local pros that they're not getting their normal forms in the mail, or not having any luck contacting the show. We're all being nice and patient, but your right, it's coming soon.
I think that for the dealers and the artists, it's going to be interesting to see how smoothly the transition goes this year. Roger had it down for those of us usual suspects that went every year for years. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'll all shape up without problems.
I'm in the mood for a con, darn it!

I am set for both days, just waiting for VIP ticket information to see if it is worth it or if it is the old get in early pass. Looking forward to the con and my visit to B.D.'s Mongolian BBQ and Hawgy's.

I plan on attending (it'll be my first Mid-Ohio). I have a wedding to go to in Michigan on Saturday, but hope to make it on Sunday.

I'll be there but money will be tight, I'm mostly going to hang out with my friends and to meet Chris Claremont for the first time (I have my beat up copy of Uncanny 195, the first comic I ever read, and I've gotten it signed by everyone but Chris!)

I'll probably go crazy watching all my friends get sketches while I'm not, though.  Hopefully I'll be able to get at least one!
