There were only two things of real value I took with me, out of my three(ish) years of Art College. One was classical anatomy, and the other was how to draw circles in perspective.Even with the classical anatomy course, tho, I still needed to do a lot of "homework". The anatomy course was only one semester, First Year. One of the really frustrating things about ACA was that they did NOT have any specific instruction in drapery for us Fine Art types. That was considered strictly the province of the Ad Art classes. A little too much realism, perhaps, for a school that, back then, was trying to push all us painters as far away from representational stuff as they could.
