IIrC the Captain America picture was an unused page for Cap #255, takes
place in the Airport after the business with Baron Blood.
And I belive the Rog 2000 one is "Coming of the Gang" from CPL, Rog's first appearance.
edited to add:
In "The Castle" I can make out Duffy's name in the first panel, so odds
are it's from his Charlton days. I'd say the Many Ghosts of Dr. Graves
but the only source I have access to says he only did the cover for it
so not honestly sure. The lettering also looks similar to what Charlton
used for it's horror books back in the 70s as well.

The Black Goliath page is from The Champions #13
The Captain America pages are from the TPB Captain America War
And Remberance.
The Rog 2000 pages are also in the Rog 2000 reprint book put out
by Pacific.
I don't know where The Castle was printed in and I've never seen the
Quorph story other than the page printed in Focus On John Byrne.

Philippe,
the Castle is John's first credited comicbook artwork published in a comicbook, which was Nightmare 20 I believe.
