Pretty sure that's a panel from the entirely wonderful Grant/Breyfogle run
on Detective.

Inventive, fun, almost entirely unconcerned with continuity (most of the
stories, IIRC, were completely self-contained and rarely stretched over
more than two or three issues) and sold by the bucketload.
