Andrew, since the model shows a gouge in the surface cut by the batarang, I'm guessing that it would be to cut a bat-shaped hole in the ice for Daffy Duck to fall through.
Hmm. Perhaps I'm not being anal enough.

Yeah, I thought the same thing- I just don't know why Bats would be
dragging his batarang on the ground...
just to be an ass?
I was hoping I'd like this one-changed my mind when I saw the whole
thing...

you'll probably find that the whole "batarang dragging" was done to convey an indication of speed and add a dynamic element to the sculpt.
pesonally i think it works well and you do get the impression that the bike and bats is moving at speed

Aquaman just jumped to the front of the line for me. One of the few "gotta" haves.
That might be the best figurine I've seen yet.

Very, very nice Aquaman. The gloves and tights seem a tad bit too bright to my eyes, but that's a minor quibble.

Count me in for this one, I am glad EM didn't come up with the long hair, the beard and the "bionic" hand stuff !
I am waiting for this one and Hawkman, and I think I will be done with the JLA team.
