Very, very nice, JB. Almost slick. Strange has always been one of my favorite characters since reading the original Ditko's. This has that feel, despite the modern cloak. I also like the fact that the "Eye of Agamotto" is open. A deft touch.

This commission confirms to me that Dr. Strange has one of the best costumes in comics.  It really "works" for the character, and JB does such a great job with it.

In this black and white piece, I agree. However, the colors should be muted. Some colorists in the past have overdone the bright primary colors.

Every time JB draws Doctor Strange, I think about how much I would enjoy him handling the Defenders, with the Incredible Hulk, Namor, and the Silver Surfer.  I really think JB could make these four Fantastic!

Great idea. But after the birthday gift for Howard Mackie, Ghost Rider has to be in the book as well.

I've always wondered what Dr. Strange's chest emblem was.

I always thought it was supposed to be the Greek letter Psi.

Hopefully someone will keep it tied by commissioning a Demon vs Ghost
Rider commission!

••

If a "week" is Sunday thru Saturday, as on the calendar, then Marvel, as it's a
Marvel character who's next on the list. That's not counting the 20x30 piece
that is waiting for final confirmation, and is all Marvel.

Another 20 x 30?  Nice!!  Those are always a treat!  Wonder who the next Marvel character is on the list?  Any hints?

Sweet.  I particularly like the left hand, for some reason.  And the cape is well done - looks very heavy.
