The official word is that Mary Jane was never pregnant in the new continuity.

But.... but.... that would mean SPIDER-GIRL is. . . imaginary!!!

Let's just blow up the Marvel Universe and start from scratch with creators who know and understand the characters.
I'd rather have new characters instead the old ones that have been run into the ground for the last twenty years. Although I'm buying all three, I'm more excited about Citizen Zero and FX than I am about JLA Classified.

Lets not even blow it up. Just turn it off. Let it compost. Let people notice the hole it leaves. THEN restart it under new management who see it as their bread and butter and won't casually wipe their sweaty groins on it while on their hopeful merry way to being what passes for big Hollywood talent.

If they ever really were to do a linewide reboot, I'd rather they take a "Silver Age DC" approach to the whole thing. Characters like Spider-Man, Wolverine and (maybe) the Hulk should be left largely unchanged, but I think the vast majority of the rest would benefit from rethinking the concepts from the ground up.

It chills me to think that someone would fake the death of a family
member so as to bolster an argument about a comic book. Not to say
that's what's happened here, but the timing seems rather...convenient.

This post is f****** disgusting.

This really is an unnecessary cheap shot, Greg. And even moreso, it's inaccurate, considering the argument he's been making throughout this thread as being critical of OMD.
