"A distinction is made between, for instance, breast implants made necessary by radical mastectomies, versus breast implants chosen to make the boobs bigger."
By the same token, I think there's a difference between altering what Mother Nature handed you, and altering what significant weight-loss has handed you. I'd group post-weight-loss surgery with post-mastectomy and post-burn surgery: not so much frivolous vanity as a reasonable response to a significant physical change. I say go with a sensible nip & tuck, and enjoy your weight-loss to the utmost.

Well I have chosen the frame of my glasses for convenience... titanium is an " intelligent " metal. Very useful when you have kids...

Made that decision when I was still a teenager! Promised myself I would never mess with what Mother Nature handed me (it was around this time my hair started thinning, and I resolved never to get plugs or, worse, a rug!) except that wretched turkey neck! It's just, to borrow a phrase from Dr. Zira, so damned ugly! - JB
Well, assuming that the last photo I saw of you was pretty recent, I'd have to say that you're doing pretty well if your hair actually started thinning back in high school.

How is the cream working? Is it taking care of the extra skin?

Since I have posted no pictures of the old, unimproved (post-weight loss) JB,
that would not serve much purpose, would it?

I think I've found all the weight you've lost. I hit the scales today and whoa nellie, I need to go back on my diet. Seriously, congrats on the weight loss.

That's my problem, Scott. Too much Subway! I'm the Anti-Jarrod. I like cheese and meatballs!
