Just wanted to share my latest purchase of a vintage Joe Staton Earth 2 Batman, from the 1970s.

Congrats Trevor... by the way, just saw Ari's latest commission by Vokes. Let's just say that it involves a mad clown.... and is stunning!

I don't know who is more popular on this board, Joe Kubert or Fred Hembeck? Either way, keep 'em coming, they are all fantastic!!!

Hehe.... I wonder what Fred Hembeck could do with an old Planet Stories pulp cover?

Hmmm.... or an old EC Weird Science cover... (my poor wallet)...

Next up for me will be a Frank Brunner, hopefully in March.  Frank only asks for half the payment up front, so that makes life easier on me.

Frank will get the same request as the Neil Vokes did:  a black & white piece that would have fit in well as a sci-fi/fantasy pulp magazine cover from the 1930s-50s, but more importantly reflects the distinctive style of the artist.  Hopefully, I can get three or four of these commissions a year from various talented people.
