Bill,
That Laird sketch is really nice! It looks very "clean" and three dimensional for just a few lines of ink. I'd like to meet the TMNT creators someday.

Impressive set of Golden Age heroes on that last page, both for the art and some of the name artists involved. And Wagner kicks butt! Brilliant pieces!

Super-Soldier: Man of War #1, pg 8Pencils by Dave Gibbons, Inks by Jimmy Palmiotti This is, hands down, my favorite character to come out of the Amalgam event awhile back. The 'pairing' of Superman and Captain America was such a natural that I wish the adventures of Super-Soldier could have continued. Here's my favorite panel from the page in detail:

My copy of JOE KUBERT: HOW TO DRAW FROM LIFE came with a TOR sketch (I said whatever JK wanted to draw was fine).

Another recent arrival:
JB did this one in 2008, but my friend who used to live in America only brought it home last week. That was a looooong wait!

Almost fooled me for a printed drawing! Glad there are a few tiny smudges to attest the big man did it by hand!
