Jason, that is an AWESOME find! ;)  I only 'Ringo art I own is a page from Sensational Spider-Man -1 that I posted awhile back.  I have to correct that situation at some point.

Cool stuff Paul. It wouldn't be that much work to recreate the word balloons. Let me know if you ever need help with that...

Thanks Dave. I have most of the balloons. There are one or two missing. I just need to glue them back on. I'm on the fence about doing that. I just keep them in the same sleeve as the art.

Joe, the style guide for Darkseid was done in 1986. I believe the Super Powers mini-series came before that.

Here are some of my pick-ups from this years Chicago Comic Con.

Franco, who works on Tiny Titans, did this quick GL sketch for me.

Avatar artist, Mike Wolfer did this great Jason Voorhees.

Howard Chaykin did this quick headshot of Star Sapphire.

Our very own Matt Hansel was kind enough to do this GL sketch for me.

J.G. Jones was doing quick watercolor sketches for those waiting in line.

This one is a real keeper. For those of you who don't read the pro wrestling thread, I am a huge wrestling fan. Jerry "The King" Lawler was a guest at the con promoting a comic book he is doing the covers for. When I saw he was doing sketches, I had to have one. I think he was itching to do Superman but everyone kept asking him for a self portrait.

Great sketch Paul. It's a shame more people aren't aware of what a good artist the King is.

I had no idea Jerry Lawler could draw. That's great!

Glad you guys dig the Lawler sketch. The King also illustrated one of Mick Foley's children's books.

I set up this Zorro piece with Doug Klauba before the con. He told me that he showed it to his editor at Moonstone. They liked it so much they want him to turn this into a painted piece for their next Zorro collection.

I can't rave enough about Art Baltazar. A fun guy to talk to and I really dig his stuff.
