About a year ago, I declared officially that I was done buying toys and other such ornaments. Just no more flat surfaces!But I had to break my new rule when I saw that Funko Pop! has put out a shadowbox representation of the cover of UNCANNY X-MEN 141, with a figurine of future Logan. Hadda havvit! First, obviously, because my art (after Ed Hannigan) is being used. I still get a kick out of that. Second, something I’ve mentioned before, the jacket I drew Wolverine wearing was one I actually owned for many years. Now I have TWO toys of Wolverine in that jacket—which I think is hilarious. I no longer have that jacket, or I might offer it to the Smithsonian. ;-)
