Gosh, JB, I'd love to see you on a Batman storyline--at the very least, a fill-in on a Dini-written issue of Detective Comics. I've come back to this thread and looked at that picture every time I've been on the Internet lately. Phenomenal!

(Given the commissions we've seen lately, a Batman/Zatanna mini-series would be pretty flippin' sweet!)

Sam,

What makes you think that's Jason Todd? I was sure it was Dick Grayson.

EDITED TO ADD: Just looked at it again. It just cries out "Dick Grayson" to me.

I love what I'm seeing.  Nice to see Selina in her old Catwoman costume.  That one is a classic!

Hmmm...  I wonder how this would look with some nice, flat colors...

The commission was for Batman & Robin, along with the four villains, on a rooftop, lightning in the sky, Batman and Ra's fighting with swords.

*******************************

Does this mean that other than Ra, the choice of opponents was up to JB?

I personally think Batman has some of the very best villains and whilst any combination would be awesome i wonder how hard it was to come up with the final line-up.

John,

Is it possible to publish your works for private collectors? For those of us
who can't afford a commisioned work, I think it would be cool to do an
annual (or monthly! ) printing of your non-published works. I know, I can
see them here ...but I am old school. I like PAPER!
