WOW!!!  This is my new favorite commission, topping the Avengers/Nefaria.  Which is really saying something b/c I love that one.

En Garde! I like Batman with a sword so much more than I expect I
would like Batman with a gun.

'Tho it's already been mentioned, Batman's cape really stands out.
Funny how one otherwise general element can add new dimensions
to such a magnificent picture.

Great work!

I no longer have a favorite commission anymore.  It's getting to hard to choose!  JB you are getting better and better.  I mean it.

Incidentally, Batman is the first DC character to get a "solo" 20x30 commission.

***********************

It is very nice to see DC get a go; I used to prefer Marvel, but have moved onto DC the last couple of years. There is a wealth of material just waiting for JB'S pen, I hope others will give him the opportunity to work his magic.

How many markers did you wear out on this one?

***

I killed two of the PITT brush pens on this sucker!

***********

Does the person who commissioned that piece get the used up pens?  (Yeah, I'm serious!)  Personally, I think it would be a cool "addition".

"Yeah, and here are the 2 pens that gave of themselves 100% to give me this beautiful piece of artwork."

That has to be the best commission I have ever seen you do JB. Stunning.

I'm just going away to burn my pencils and paper - what's the point...

Hmmm...  I'm just a little surprised that there hasn't been at least one JBNM request yet.
