Marcus- Well done!! Colossus has really been put through the ringer! I really like the facial expression, impact dents and your use of light and darks.

Nice one Marcus.
BTW, Is there any way I can turn mine in late, as in tonight? Sadly, I have no excuse except procrastination (and reading Stephen King's cell over the weekend, couldn't put it down.)

I plan to get in on the next one, since I'm late to this thread!

Here she is, my X-Men 141 cover followed by a detail shot of Wolverine:

Hey! I just found out about this thread! Very Cool!

I have been way too busy to be able to participate (I haven't even been able to commit to my usual sketching "assignments"), but I'll hang out here and enjoy what you folk do!

Steve, I like the cover. If I were to give any suggestion, it would be to create perspective for the Sentinels. In this shot they look like they could be human-sized.

David- Yeah I know. The perspective got wacky on me when I put the bricks in on the wall. That wall was to be a long building or even two buildings. The fact the bricks were still a fairly large size at the far end of the wall makes it seem that the Sentinels were closer than I intended, and not far down the street. Perspective is a struggle for me, but I keep working at it.

Thanks for the observation.

Steve- that looks wonderful!  If it hasn't been mentioned before, your inking is very appropriately Terry Austin style!
