Sure, the current Batman project is open and is due on the last day of the month. Don't post any art till the last day of Jan.

Yep Jan 31. Greg I'm looking forward to seeing your artwork. I worked on mine for a couple hours this afternoon.

As I wrote in the sketch book thread, I fell with my ladder at work about 12 feet. I broke my left elbow, dislocated a bone in my right wrist and recieved 12 stitches in my right ear. So, I won't be particpating this month. I really look foward to seeing everybody else's entries. I don't know when I'll be able to draw again but my wrist will recover faster than my elbow.

Ow! Sorry to hear that, Marcus. I really love your superhero artwork. Thanks, Steve, I can't wait to see all of yours, too!

Marcus- Man, I hope you are ok. That sounds like one bad fall.
Well here's my Batman. I choose option two; a page telling of the character's history. The "make it fun" part is provided by Robin in panel 1. I decided to draw a loose interpretation from my favorite Batman storyline "Dark Knight Returns"
Here's a detail shot:

All, here is my assignment, on time of course. I decided to choose project 1.
Bruce wayne seeing his father in a Bat-outfit for a halloween party. Tried as
best as I can to make it more dramatic and more impressionable for the
young Bruce.

Steve, I'm doing ok. It was a bad fall. Wow! That is your best work yet! Powerful and exciting! Nice use of blacks in the final panel and good anatomy! Your inking looks more like Giordano than Austin, here. Did you do the lettering as well?
Michael, that was the I would've done if I could. Nice job! Definetley more dramatic!
