Mine is a Conan drawing I did and posted on the sketch book thread. I've had a couple of my drawings as avatars.

(Oops, just changed to a panel from the pages I did for the JBF Challenge!)

<----------      The best scene, from the best issue, from the best
storyline, of my favorite title, by my favorite artist. Nuff said!

I'm going to have to go with the NEXT scene, Lee!  The full page splash where he gets up. :)

Al Cook:  Don't change it! I've come to actually think of you as Benjamin Sisko. Such a great shot, and full of attitude. That, and I'm grateful for your drawing
attention to the most criminally underrated SF show of all time, DS9!

Joakim Jahlmar:  It'd be sad to not see the Sisko face in the forum if you changed though.

Yeesh.  I'm actually getting noticed around here.  How 'bout that?

Okay, boys.  Sisko it shall stay, even once I hit 1,000 posts.

Mine is Huey Freeman from the Boodocks comic strip. His cartoon's theme song summerizes his character:

I am the stone that the builder refused
I am the visual
the inspiration
that made lady sings the blues

I'm the spark that makes your idea bright
the same spark
that lights the dark
so that you can know your left from your right

I am the ballot in your box
the bullet in your gun
that inner glow
that lets you know
to call your brothers son

the story that just begun
the promise of what's to come
and imma remain a soldier
til' the war is won

...OK! OK!  Put down those torches.  I'll behave.

My avatar is "Neck-Breaking" Batman from Detective Comics #29.  I call my avatar that because of the character's penchant for breaking villains' necks during his first year as a crime fighter.
