The one and only time (to the best of my knowledge anyway) that JB has
drawn Polar Boy, leader of the sublimely awesome Legion of Substitute
Heroes.
I have vowed that this will remain my avatar until the day JB draws him
again.

Mine is an image of the Hulk cropped from the Incredible Hulk #94. I switched to it at a time when I was fired up about the new Planet Hulk storyline. I've kept it because the expression on his face translates really well into an avatar, in my opinion. He has a sullen look, as if he is speaking with the voice of authority, disparaging all other posts. I like that for some twisted reason.

My companion Dante.
Why: Because he is so damn cute (at least I think so)

Mine is from my comic strip A Boy Called Monk. Colored especially for use as an avatar. Since the main character is base on me, it doubles as a drawing of myself.

Wow Jay, I thought it was some ape in a helmet (maybe something from a Planet of the Apes comic). I haven't been following Hulk, so I'm a bit out of date.

Al, sometimes its hard to convey 'tone' with text only, so I apologize as well for not realizing you were just being playful. You're right, it does get old hearing people bash other people because their tastes differ from their own.

from one of JB's Strata creations. I'll leave it to you all to decide.

Wayne, did you have the mining dwarf as your previous avatar? It is all a blur.
