Are we going to do another one of these after this one? I'd like to participate but I'm starting a move and various other things that lead all the way to December and I definitely won't hit October 10th as a deadline. LOL

It looks like I'm out for this episode.  I'm spending all my time in class, and at night I'm doing work for the home office.  Which sucks, I might add.  But I agree, we need to do another one of these sometime.

By the way -- I want to add another little "rule" as the "deadline" draws closer: NO EXCUSES!

And I don't mean excuses for not "turning in" the work on time. This thread will lock automatically, so that's not even an option. No -- I mean excuses for the work itself. So many times, over the years, when fans have shown me their portfolios they have a laundry list of excuses for why the work isn't the best it can possibly be. Well, that's not going to be allowed, here. The work will be judged on it's own merits, not on the protestations of those doing it!

"Judgement Day" will begin when I unlock the thread. some time within 24 hours after the original deadline.

Do you want the concept sketches of the Skulls vehicle included with the pages?

Personally I have the entire progression including the breakdown of what I think the vehicle looks like in full body...

John, how about those that choose to post do so with absolutely no text, just the image!?

Just a thought that might aide this rule.

I'm ready to post either way... with or without words... I finished a couple of hours ago, just incase I had family stuff that may pull me away from the computer and the fab-world of the crazy knee slapping internet...  GROOVY!!!

I am drawing two pages with my own home-made script leading up to the JB splash, which will be page three. Have I gotten it right?

Added: I think I have found the answer here myself: JB wrote: "Come up with the two pages that immediately precede this "cover scene".
