I have seen this cover image at D.O.A. site.
It is called just "Italian comic cover", but I have never seen it... Can you tell me where and when it has been published, please? And the publisher, too.
Thank you.

I asked about it earlier this year and was told it was a cover for an italian comic/magazine.

Case closed!
I have learned that this artwork was not used by the ones who requested it, so there aren't Italian mags with that cover image..

Pedro, It should be the cover for VESNA #1 by Indi Press, but it was never published. At least, not with that cover.
The only thing for sure is that I have not to search for this mag, 'cause I'll never find any issue with that cover!

course, now i'm thinking how cool a matchup would be of byrne doing a "nathan never", "martin mystery", or "dylan dog" comic.
