by Roger Stern.

sal buscema is truly an under rated artist. that guy can draw anything and it looks good.

Another bizarre visual was Hulk made up as a clown, juggling elelphants(!) from issue #3.  Couldn't find that panel but here's a page from that story: (in spanish)

Not only may the Thing be more broad, in the picture Brian Rhodes posted, it is a broad!

The Hulk doesn't look right above 7'-0" tall. And I think Thor looks like one of the guys in the Strong man contests on ESPN. Bigger than normal, but not monstrous by comic book standards.
