Come on, how much FUN is that to get that change in real time???  < id="protanopia"> < id="deuteranopia"> < id="tritanopia">
Let's temper our complaints about the internet, shall we ...

Yet another call back to my pre-teen "cool!" reactions to Marvel characters: that Doom as a head of state had diplomatic immunity to cover all his activities. Gave him even more gravitas as an adversary. His behavior was state sanctioned :)

I was just clicking thru the previously posted issues of ELSEWHEN and was surprised to realize Wolverine got his brain fried back in issue 11!
I'll confess I had no clear notion of where I was going with that little turn of events, beyond being reasonably sure Shaman would be involved in at least a partial restoration, but I am quite amazed that this subplot persisted (and, technically, persists) for as long as it did/has!

One of the many pleasures in reading ELSEWHEN is the fact that we get daily commentary from JB like the above plus things like the moving of the dormer window...such a fantastic experience... besides enjoying the X-MEN for the first time in years!!

I never knew how much I needed a cement Doom head in my life! If I lived round the embassy, I'd be tempted to steal it....while wearing a Reed Richards mask, of course!

That bust of Doom on the column is just perfect. Of COURSE that would be
there.

JB can draw excellent anatomy at any angle. This page was much fun to look at.

Can't imagine what working for Doom would be like - basically knowing if you make a mistake you likely would be killed, but if you do well you could be richly rewarded, or killed.  High stress indeed.

Just was thinking having each page posted here is almost like JB has 100s of editors but has final say over all of them.  So we can whine and complain about a minor element but in the end JB can tell us to screw off and none of us can go in and change the wording or force an inker to 'fix' something that didn't need fixing.  If we hit on something that really does need fixing he can fix it and no one reading 10 minutes later would know what the original issue was.  Well, except the jerk who would keep a copy of the original posting and later do a comparison web page in an effort to show what a big guy he is ::eyeroll::

Looking forward to seeing plotlines start to converge soon.  Or not.  Whichever direction this goes will be fun to read.

Qs for JB:

In this page when we see the figures from the back in the last panel their clothes are both shaded but at different intensities.

Since this is a black and white book are you using these different shades to denote color? If this were a book to be inked and colored those areas would not be shaded and the colorist would do their work?

Just a different pressure on the pencil. No special significance.
