With all of the action that's been going on for the past 2 issues.
A question remains:
Where are the D'Bari?

Count me among those who like the Arch-Angel's sword. In a world where flight is a secondary (or even "lesser") power for a number of other heroes and villains, a weapon comes in handy! Heck, Angel even had a bazooka of some kind on the cover of the very first issue of X-MEN.
Although... Maybe I'm just underestimating what someone with wings like Warren's can do.

I can only imagine the possible bad taste, but I'm sure it's something that my favorite salad dressing can cure. ;-)

The pace that these stories are developed, while you read, really enjoy a wonderful 'Goldilocks-zone'. As the progression seem 'just right' to me.
Fabulous read.

Nice job, JB! I agree with Jason; that's a fantastic first panel. The Beast is doing his best Bounce impression, but he's definitely no Jasmine! ;-)
Oh, and everything about Xavier is perfectly rendered. (There's that instantly recognizable Byrne hand I like.)

INCREDIBLE! That Magneto is seething with hate. I have to wonder how he kept the M-Men together with nothing but contempt and bile... but Magneto is ever a manipulator, both of ferrous materials and human souls.
And that drawing of McCoy! THE EVER BOMBASTIC BEAST - and he's obviously having fun kicking Professor Xavier! I'm almost afraid to see Bobby Drake's avatar!
This is monstrous... and SO MUCH FUN! Mr. Byrne, as always, you are to be congratulated sir! You seem to simply know how these characters work and interact... and we're the lucky recipients!

Where are the D'Bari?•• Off to one side, so as not to overcrowd or confuse the action. But not forgotten!

Prof X it having trouble staying in his wheelchair lately! I imagine he's feeling a bit worse for the wear in recent weeks. It's not his usual fare, being this close to the action.

Always love seeing the confrontations between Professor and Magneto.
Even if it is a Magneto from an alternate reality.
