JB, if you had been the one making the decision, would Marvel have given the original team another shot or still introduced the all-new team as it did?••• Thing about the All New, All Different X-Men was that they were SO different they really had little to make them X-Men at all. At the time of their introduction I’d been campaigning for years to give the original team another turn in the spotlight.

Tiresome. Back on IGNORE you go.------------------------------- Well, that's a shame. Presumably you won't see this, but for the record, clearly there was no criticism implied in describing a turn of events as fun and unexpected.
A reader finding something unexpected is a binary occurrence: either you expect it or you don't. In this case, it was not what I expected. It's as simple as that and nothing to do with what I would prefer.

By your own admission you decided to "spoil" something even though you were already aware that it wouldn't be looked on favourably. You could have just held your hands up and said "Sorry, won't do it again." Instead you chose it as a hill to die on.

This site is generally very pleasant and helpful. I try to remember we are guests in someone else's house and behave appropriately.

You know what sucks? Being falsely accused 3 times when you have not done anything wrong. Then being told to apologise (for what?).
Yes, we’re all guests here but even guests deserve to be treated with basic civility.

If you are genuinely confused, perhaps this will help:
In the forum rules we are asked not to speculate on what will appear in the next day's page. i.e. do not ruin the surprise for someone else nor should you spoil the creator's fun of a dramatic reveal. To do otherwise is rude---both on this forum and more generally in life.
Your comment about the Real McCoy seemed to be skirting that convention.
Additionally, your dramatically angry and combative reaction is also not generally considered good manners. It may be commonplace on the internet (or in a prison)---but it's bad manners nonetheless. Even in the case where you may have been treated harshly, there are ways to respond with more class than making a big scene of it.
You even had a long-time forum member rise to your defense, perhaps you should have left it at that, or made an effort to figure out which local taboo you violated. I believe it appeared to our host your quick-tempered reply implied you came looking for a fight---hence his comment. It is his house. He has set the table for us all. The same rules of conduct do not and should not apply to him. He has the right to quickly dismiss poorly behaving guests.
Hopefully you know all this, and if not...you do now.

And right there is the problem. You knew about the problems with the
Angel reveal, yet you said “fuck it, that doesn’t apply to me” and did the
exact same thing. Only you thought you were being clever by using his
real last name. So, you either figured common courtesy didn’t apply to
you or that it did and you didn’t figure on getting called out on it. Either
way, come down off your hill of victimhood.
