Okay I’ll bite - what moronic blog entries are these, and what were the rumours? Don’t hear any of these things down this end of the planet

*double edited* sorry, thought it may have been covered in the locked-off thread.

I liked the original version of page 6, and I like the new version, but I am sad to lose Wolvie's amazement that Kitty can phase through adamantium, plus Kitty's question, "What's adamantium?". (And the reader goes, "Whoa, that's true; at this point Kitty wouldn't have known that.")

••

Maybe I can work that bit into a later issue.

Remember, we're still operating in a "what if?" scenario.

I know JB but the "what if" alone... heck this whole thread did it anyways. Ahh the joy.

So, after reading this amazing issue and being transported back to 1980, I went back and re-read your entire run (108 - 138, plus the Iron Fist Sabretooth and X-men issues) and then the Savage Land stuff from Hidden Years.  It's almost eerie how seamless the rendering of these characters are!  And NO ONE draws a better Cyclops and Jean Grey!  Looking at Hidden Years, would Cyclops' "new" visor been the same as the perfect "Neal Adams" look you gave him in Hidden Years?  And would you have ever explored more of his origin?  (in this alternate reality, the last time you touched it was ALSO in the Savage Land in issue 114)

My goodness, but I'm loving all this X-Men art!
