I'm liking it so far, they're not going to equal Watchmen but they're doing a good job so far with how they're melding it with the DCU proper... |

I'll check it out in time, thanks.

I've tried every version of G.I. Joe that IDW has put out and I just can't get into their non-Hama continuity. The Chuck Dixon run would have worked for me if they were original characters and the two most recent reboots have gotten even further away from what I'm looking for. I actually was hoping that I would like the shared Hasbro-verse but just didn't care for the art. I think I'd be up for a take on Steve Austin as a solo book because I agree with you about the cool things you could do. Who writes it? |

I will say this: I did not enjoy the IDW crossover featuring MASK, G.I. JOE, ACTION MAN, TRANSFORMERS and one or two other properties. Nice art, but it was too big and unwieldy. In a world of major threats, would they need all those organisations repelling foes?
I am enjoying the Bionic Man/G.I. Joe crossover. The idea of bionics being hacked is intriguing.
