This comes around every once in a while, but we have new members so it's fun to revisit.  Name your Top Five series that JB has worked on, creator owned or work for hire.  Doesn't matter. It also doesn't matter what the length of the run was, just that he worked it. BABE counts just as much as FF. What matters is that it's only five.  No honorable mentions or runner ups.  No separating mini-series from monthlies. In other words, no wiggle room to get ten series when I've asked for five.  It's five series straight up.  I will allow for runs, as in X-Men, FF, Avengers, Wonder Woman etc.

Go!

In no particular order

Danger Unlimited
Uncanny X-Men
Namor the Submariner
Avengers West Coast.

I can't complete this list because I haven't read any FF and Superman issues during JB's run. I hope to get around to FF someday.

FANTASTIC FOUR
NEXT MEN
TRIO
NAMOR
STAR TREK NEW VISIONS

It's the FF by a mile for me, and Next Men a solid second. The remaining three could easily change based on my mood!

Next Men
Uncanny X-Men
Star Trek: New Visions
Fantastic Four
Star Trek: Romulans

Top two will always remain top two I think, the bottom three will fluctuate and change their order and what is in them. Spent a lot of time debating the fifth choice but realised that I do keep going back to JB's Star Trek output so Romulans it is.

Fantastic Four - There's a wonderful sense of nostalgia attached to this run that makes it special for me. I was eleven years old when JB's tenure started and fourteen when it was over, pretty much the perfect age to fall in love with this run.

Superman - JB made Superman human for the first time. He also gave series a freshness that it never seemed to have before his revamp.

Uncanny X-Men: I enjoyed this run in bits and pieces. I spent Summer holidays reading it until I had absorbed every line.

Star Trek: New Visions - It's like being a kid again and enjoying TOS re-runs on a Saturday afternoon.

Next Men: A challenging and more adult direction in an often brutal world. I'm glad JB was able to able to complete the series.

FF
She-Hulk
Superman/Action
West Coast Avengers
Hulk

I had to go with the approach of the first 5 that popped in my head.  Difficult task to narrow it down to 5 if I had to think about it.
