The major bulk of the art is definitely not Romita, but a few faces might have been touched up by Romita, as he did a lot of corrections in the comics of the period.
I don't see Ron Wilson or Ross Andru in the work.
J Winslow Mortimer is a possibility. I'm less familiar with his art, but it resembles some of what I have seen. I'm still sticking closer to Don Perlin, but Mortimer might be the guy.

Seeing the entire story (via Robert's link) I'm even more certain it's Win Mortimer. He has some stock poses he uses frequently that I see in here. Mortimer and Esposito were the regular art team on Spidey Super Stories at the time this was produced.

Yeah, I guessed Esposito on inks before I saw any of the comments and now I totally see Win Mortimer on pencils.

I agree that Win Mortimer did the pencilling, and inking by both Colletta and Esposito.

Some panels look very different from others, particularly page 3 and 4. I'm thinking many different people worked on this.

When I first saw the pages, regarding the the inks, the first name that popped into my head was Frank Giacoia, (who shared a studio with Mike Esposito). I agree with Win Mortimer as penciller, with Esposito and Giacoia inking.

Those inks look a lot like Al Milgrom's style. I can't really place the pencils. I think I saw a head or two in the full comic that looks vaguely like Frank Robbbins might have done them.

I was a big fan of his work during his run on THE DEFENDERS and GHOST RIDER, so I'm also going to suggest Don Perlin as the penciller.
