First post states decades are defined as running from 0 to 9.

An example is given for clarity's sake: 1960 to 1969 for the sixties.

And then the madness ensues!

Twomorrows has a whole book out on this basic idea, Comic Book Fever: A Celebration of Comics 1976 to 1986.

Not surprisingly, most of us pick the decade when we began reading comics.  Be interesting to replay this sometime, with the rule being pick any decade but that one.
