Before I discovered the talented Mr. John Byrne, I was a huge fan of Michael Golden.  His work on the original Mr. Miracle series are just great.  Then I followed him to The Micronauts, and Bucky O'Hare.  After Bucky O'Hare he seemed to just disappear.  Michael Golden is one artist I would love to see make a come back and I would really like to know what he's been up to.

Heard he had major eye problems and has not been able to draw...He was art director at Marvel fer awhile in the late 90's but that is the last I heard anything about him.

He did a bunch of stuff after Bucky O'hare. Recently he did a short in an
issue of X-Men Unlimited and an issue of Birds Of Prey a few months ago.
He still does the occasional cover.
You just have to keep your eyes open.

The painted covers of the current Warren Ellis/Chris Sprouse six-issue sci-fi mini-series from Wildstorm are by Michael Golden too. Had not heard anything about any eye problems. Thought that was John Totleben.

Tobleben has "hand" problems that i heard. I read in the only interview that Golden gave to amazing heroes that he throws away his art...imagine what would be living next to his studio.

I was also a big fan of Golden. I especially liked the Micronauts stuff, Dr Strange 55 & Avengers Annual 10 ( I highly recommend all of these gems )!

...or his man-bat story. By far the coolest drawings I have seen of that character.

OT...Teod, what years did you attend Art Center?  I used to work there in the Admissions dept in '97-98.

He worked on a few pages of Daredevil #65 a few months back.
That's his most recent work that I know of.

There's always this handy-dandy website to look up just about anything:

http://www.comics.org/

That should give you a pretty comprehensive list of comics he's worked on.
