How about the Moebius style for an adaptation of City at World's End?

••

If anything, I think CITY AT WORLD'S END should look like an EC comic.

Not such a surprising mistake, really. Before this thread, how many of you realized coloring books were actually written?

I guess they don't read what they cut and paste.

Wow, I never thought I'd read a mention or Yoko Tsuno here...But I join the others here in saying I'd be interested in a sci-fi adventure story in this style.Do I remember something about doing Queen Elizabeth I era into sci-fi ???

------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------------
It is though, because underneath it says:
Blast the cap off your markers and get ready for an out-of-this-world coloring experience. In Stowaway to the Stars, legendary comic creator John Byrne (Fantastic Four, Next Men) takes you on a journey through brand new worlds and galaxies with this beautiful set of 24 full-page illustrations, accompanied by a light, evocative narrative. Immerse yourself in other worldly wonder with this deluxe adult coloring book. Byrne's famously clean illustration style lends itself perfectly to the format

So they either cut and paste and might as well have been a robot, or they just didn't think.

I ordered two copies today.

One for me, one for my nephew's Christmas present.

sigh

I coined the term "graphic album to color" to avoid the various stigma attached to "adult coloring book."
