I see there are plans over here to try and tax adult colouring books, they are exempt from VAT at present.

VAT is a mystery to me. Why were the adult coloring books exempt in the first place?

(I find it fascinating to picture otherwise impotent little bureaucrats sitting in their cubby hole sized offices scratching around for new things to tax.)

In the UK, books do not attract VAT - possibly as they are seen as educational

Some more Leonard O'Grady colors. This is spoiler-free enough that I thought I'd share the whole page. . .

Fantastic, JB! And another great job by Leonard O'Grady. I mentioned above his coloring on DOOMSDAY.1, but it's also worth mentioning his wonderful work on THE HIGH WAYS, which is a closer match to what I am seeing above.
