Check it first! Some stuff an 11 year old might find scary!

Thanks for the heads up. Probably still buy it and just
hold on to it if she can't handle some of the content.
Or just remove any questionable pages.

It's funny that for the longest time there has been issues with people coloring John's commissions that have been presented here over the years and NOW John is finally producing a project that he WANTS us to color! :-)

I'm really looking forward to this.  Do we have a tentative release date, yet?

My 71 year old mom is now intensely into coloring.  She has a set of color pencils and markers that I'm personally jealous of.

I'm going to gift her with this just to see if she will take up the challenge.

I hope there are some pretty birds in this for her.....

I didn't know until this thread that coloring books targeted at adults was a fad. I guess I would have found out with the latest edition of MAD that just hit newsstands - they make fun of it on the cover.

My 67 yr old mother just bought her first "adult" ("no boobies" lol) colouring book this week and is really enjoying it. I have to admit this makes me think I could sit down and unwind via this medium!

I believe I do recall reading somewhere that there
really are "adult" adult colouring books. I smell JB's
next project cookin'!

••

THIS is considered an "adult" coloring book. The term in used in its traditional sense, "too complex for children," not in the sense of pornography.

I can't tell you how happy I've been today reading that you're working on
one of these! I have a pal who is making a run of it designing and
drawing adult coloring books (his are designed for senior citizens) and it
looks like you're having just as much fun with this. I wish you all the best
in this!
