BTW - if anyone knows where to find one of these, I'd be very grateful ; merchandise from ( I think ) 1969. It reminds me not only of early Marvel, but also visits to my Gran & Grandad's house, where it was kept for me to look through and colour in with my pencils. Each page had a drawing of a hero ( generally - although they may have been fairly rudimentary ... )

Confessions of non-consumerism?  I found Major Matt Mason could tool around in a slipper-shaped "hovercar" as easily as in his unitread tractor with dead batteries.  (As an aside; does anyone really insist on Jurassic Park branded plastic dinosaurs?)
