Hard to believe it's nearing a decade in the "new" place!  I remember Stately Byrne Manor well and how big a move this really was.  Time flies.

10 YEARS!!!

Right about this time I was arriving at what was officially my new home. One tiny disappointment attended: the movers got here ahead of me, so I did not actually get to see the house empty.

Wow, 10 years,

I recall there was even an issue with frogs hopping into in your pool!

Yes, for the two summers I had the pool open, it was frog killer for the neighborhood.

okay...so i just took a stroll down memory lane. i just the forum just
around the time you moved, JB. your current abode is the only one i've
ever "known" you at. it was fun looking back at this thread at what must
have been a pretty hectic and exciting couple of months for you.

I woke this morning thinking of the state of this house when I moved in. There was nothing wrong with the house itself, but it was full of cardboard boxes! I had given myself a week off to do all the necessary unpacking and get everything in order. It took two.
