It reminds me of Barry Allen's home from the old Irv Novick issues.
Modern ranch?

Well JB, the only thing I see that could give you a headache, is it's a flat roof home. I'm sure it has some pitch, but not like your current home has. These flat roofs don't hold up well, and always need maintenence. Other than that it's a great looking house, looks like it's in a warmer climate than you are in now. ***** It's still in Connecticut -- only about 25 miles away, in fact. And trust me! Having grown up in Alberta, the first thing I asked about was the drainage and structural support on the "flat" rooves. Turns out none of them are actually "flat". Which is good!

But what a way to go! I assume they'd have to pry her from your cold, dead hands...

Chez Byrne? Byrnetown? Byrneville, USA?
That new house looks swanky! Good luck, JB!
And, uh, you know you have a giant available pool of muscle here to help you move. (Uh, it's cutomary to provide chicken for moving help. Just thought I'd throw that out there... uh... never mind...)
Wait...wait... did you make sure the doors are big enough to fit Uatu??? Gah!

Good luck, JB. Are you hiring professionals to help, and if so, what
percentage of stuff (if any) will you have them handle? Just curious
about the process of moving valuable stuff like artwork, models, the
unfinished Batmobile, etc.

Just to clarify....that chicken should be cooked, preferably fried.
As for a new name....The Fortress of Byrneitude!
That being said, best of luck to you, JB. I believe I would rather take a beating with a big stick with nails driven through it than move (again), but your new digs look very nice and to me the choice of a ranch style house is good when you consider that when you are in your 90's, the stairs could be a real pain in the backside (and knees, hips, back and ankles).
