He looks so lonely...

It does beg the notion of theme rooms though, The Forbidden Planet Room, The Earth Stood Still Room, etc.

Currently I don't have a pool?
Actually (!!) one of the first things I will probably do if I get this place is put some kind of "permanent" cover over the pool. I am not much for splishy-splashing, and as a redhead I tend to burn fast and easy if I get too much (read: any) sun. Wouldn't want to fill it in, as it will be a selling point when that time inevitably cometh, but I don't see much use for it otherwise. And fishing out dead possums is not my idea of a good time.

****************************

That Zooming noise is the sound of JB's home owner insurance going up with the addition of a pool

Downpayment made today.

Also, took Paul and Cory to see the house and they both give it a thumbs up, so I guess it's okay for me to move.

.........so he loaded up the truck and he moved to Beverly.   Hills, that is.

Okay, so it was a lot funnier when it first popped into my head.

Hey, great news! I must have missed this one yesterday.
Congrats JB - I think the place looks awesome.

I am telling you guys - "Byrne Robotics Hotel and Casino" is
the winning name. Can't you just picture the duratran on top of
the house?

When you come up with a name for your new place, will you put up a name plate at the entrance?  That would look cool.

It would have to be flashing, otherwise it would look tacky.

Now I get it, Paul and Cory have been suckered into visiting now, so they can help you move. Brilliant!

Congrats John! Although I don't envy you on the moving part. You tend to find you have more stuff than you realize. I hope everything works out for the best and you enjoy your new place! If you could, I'm sure everyone would agree, could you please possibly post some pics of the new place once you get settled in?
