Well JB, the only thing I see that could give you a headache, is it's a flat roof home. I'm sure it has some pitch, but not like your current home has. These flat roofs don't hold up well, and always need maintenence. Other than that it's a great looking house, looks like it's in a warmer climate than you are in now.
