Sheez what a stunner. Love those X-Men. Everything about this piece is amazing but the ground and foliage is nuts. All I can say now is, wow.

Awesome!
The facial expressions are great (especially the Beast's); I like Bobby's ice trail path; Wolverine seems to be perfect.
Is that a Triceratops, over Logan's right elbow? It seems to fade in and out, very hypnotizing.
JB any favorite dinosaur to draw?

Yes, this one is for Jim Warden. I'd told him about an image that had been itching in my brain, and he ever-so-kindly invited me to scratch it in a commission for him. So I did. I told Jim, tho, that as I was working on it I began to realize the picture in my mind's eye was actually in "CinemaScope," so at some point I will have to try again, if I can find a piece of stock 18" by 6 feet!! Meanwhile, Jim was happy enough to take this preliminary sketch...

They are. Pentaceratops or Styracosaurus maybe? The horned dinos are a pretty large grouping, some with pretty strange horns. They're quite fascinating to me!

Tremendous! I say these are all the X-Men you'll ever need.
I love the expression on Colossus' little dance partner's face. And Kitty. And the little dino nibbling on Logan. And that Pterosaur that, disturbingly, looks like it's smiling.
All this, and an exploding volcano in the background!
