Interesting...to my eye, this one looks like a two-page spread (maybe because both characters face the camera)...in a DC comic!

Also, made me think of Ross Andru's Superman...this could've been a pin-up on the back of Spider-Man vs. Superman! :)

The only way I could make this work in my head was to imagine Superman IS breaking free, constantly, and Magneto is just as constantly replenishing his bonds!
