I really enjoyed The High Ways--back to back JB books in the science fiction world is just perfect. Really looking forward to this.

Well the first issue was great. Can't wait for #2. JB you have got some interesting side stories going on within this and I am looking forward to how the play out. Also looking forward to seeing the devastation caused by the flare in the next issue after the sun comes up.

I was also wondering if you are going to have a fair amount of politics involved within this story? Given the sides you have shown so far in issue one.

P.S. My world is still going strong so I guess no end yet.

Not yet -- but if you pay close attention, you will note that DOOMSDAY is set slightly in the future. So you're not out of the woods yet!!

Wow.... Nice build-up, loved the multi-story angle as well as the variety of storylines and varying levels of suspense. Really looking forward to #2.

Now it's out. . .

You know how I often say there are little things in my work that I expect no-one else really notices, but that I really like? In this issue, strangely enough, it was this hatch that I thought was the best drawing in the whole book!

More spacesuits! Yay!
Since I bought those Wally Wood omnibus/Artist Editions, I have a
fondness for air tubes, seals, and moon boots!
