In case I didn't already mention this, it's a continuation from where we left off in TRIO, but One, Two and Three are "guest stars" in this new title. Thought it might be fun to do a sort of "series of crossovers", where each four issue miniseries picks up from the end of the last, but with a different title and new characters.

JB, I recall you mentioning on this forum, right back when TRIO was going to be an unlimited series, that issue five would end with a moment that we would not have come seen coming. Cannot recall the actual wording, but took this to mean some kind of twist. Can we still expect this? And if so, will it be in this new series?

••

People who have been married multiple times occasionally refer to themselves as "serial monogamists". Think of this as something like that!

As to the "moment you would not have seen coming", that was Quinlan, who showed up at the end of the fourth, rather than fifth issue, when we decided to do this "serial" rather than monthly/ongoing approach.

This has me very excited! I like the idea of creating a universe in this
sort of "layered" fashion!

I had no idea there was a new superhero book in the works. Very exciting news.

Thrilling news!!!

Super pumped, and, may I ask if the sound effects are computer generated or on the page?

Either way, masterful job!

So(in awe)jealous of your skills that I practice night and day!!

I love coming into a series in the middle, so this layered approach sounds really intriguing. The "vibe" that Trio gave off was pure fun. This looks like it'll only be moreso!

I already flipped when Quinlan appeared in TRIO. Now this new book is tied into the same universe?! Consider my mind blown.

BTW, the page looks amazing. You and apes (or this ape like character) go together like peanut butter and jelly. Hmmmmm. Jelly.
