Not a fan of the Red Hulk(s) *concept at all, but in this case it was the artist's idea about Red Hulk having no mustache because Red Hulk has no facial hair at all. No eyebrows, no eyelashes, or mustache.

(* I do like the idea of General Ross getting a taste of what it's like to wield the power of the Hulk, being "cured" and now more determined than ever to hunt down the Hulk and so the military can put that level of power to use)
