Oh yes: That Spider-Woman story. Important to me too. With The Shroud and Nekra. Great stuff. Writen by Mark Gruenwald.(and after checking: Inker Al Gordon, Editor Roger Stern.)

Terrible news. The first STAR WARS comics I ever read were drawn by him. A great artist. RIP.

So little left now of my childhood, and death has encroached deeply into my teen years, too. Inevitable, but that doesn't make it any easier to bear.

RIP. There goes my childhood. To think that one day soon, all my heroes will be dead. That's horrible but that's what living is.

Really enjoyed his work, particularly when he drew Batman/Robin and The Flash.
RIP.

I didn't appreciate Infantino's work as a kid, but grew to love it later on. Rest in peace.

I paused for a moment, this morning, to look at the Infantino FLASH page I have framed on my Studio wall. Then, as I turned away and my eyes swept across the other pieces, I was struck by a cascade of dead, dead, dead, dead, dead. It's the real downside of having been a reader of comics for so long. So many of my favorites are no longer with us.
