I'll be getting this.

Alpha was my favourite comic and I love JB's art from this period as it feeds my nostalgia!

Nathan, I hadn't seen that first one that you posted of the AF logo. Seeing the following images has whetted my appetite and I'll now need to look through the other TPB's.

Than's John for the insight to the change in the Title font, I often wonderd why there was a change.

Just picked up mine , as well as Hidden Years Volume 2.

All up to date on JB's TPB's except for Classic Alpha Flight Vol 1. Damn I wish they would reprint this.

I, too, wish they'd reprint Alpha Flight Classic Vol. 1. I missed it when it came
out, and now, well, it's tough to find at a reasonable price.

This is one of those instances where I will probably hold out for a hardcover
omnibus. I look at some of the mess Marvel is collecting these days, and
wonder why JB's ALPHA FLIGHT hasn't gotten that treatment already...

Oh, Wallace, an Alpha Flight by John Byrne Omnibus would make me quite
happy. Their X-Men appearances would have to be included!

There hasn't been an Alpha Flight Essentials, has there? But they've done Dazzler!

How do the decision-makers at Marvel rationalize that?

My guess?  Two volumes and you've got the entirety of Dazzler, including the graphic novel.  No one's going to shell out for a full-color Dazzler Classic line like they would for JB's Alpha Flight, plus sales are going to drop off a ton after JB's run wraps up if you're doing the Essentials line.

Who knows, there could be some real gold in those Dazzler stories. Or not.
