Reading this book now and fascinated by the game of trying to separate the facts from the spin.

It reads like he laced together his history by hopping exclusively from one axe-grinder's point of view to the next. The sad thing is that I can't help believing that, no matter how much of this cynically portrayed behavior may be the work of the author's slant-- it also represents the point of view of some (or many) of the principles involved in the story.

I couldn't imagine drawing in that chair that hes in in that picture, my back hurts just looking at it!

I believe Romita may in fact be working on the cover to Marvel Tales #134. He's holding an opaquing brush, and appears to be whiting out the logo. He also has an issue of the title on his table. I think the cover would have been roughly concurrent with the others shown in the picture.
